project managerProject Management

Our larger web site projects are normally managed using formal project management principles and tools. Since the time limiting factor for site deployment is normally the provision of content material by the client we are quite happy to project manage this activity for you too. This may be useful if you do not have the resource or expertise to do this in-house.

For very large projects we would expect to follow the PRINCE2 system, the UK Government sponsored system for IT projects.

Training sessionTraining

For web sites which the client desires to take responsibility for the updating of site content, e.g. content management systems, a full training package, customised for the specific application, will be provided. This will include on-site training for administrators and content providers and editors and detailed documentation.
