Training

Wensley House Limited considers operator training to be vital for long-term web site deployment. It is in our best interests to ensure that site updating and maintenance, when performed by the client, are efficient and successful.

For web sites which the client desires to take full responsibility for the updating of site content, e.g. content management systems, a full training package, customised for the specific application, will be provided as part of the project delivery. This will include on-site training for administrators and content providers and editors with detailed documentation.

Training in specific aspects of the internet can also be provided, including;

• Web page editing including template creation and modification
• File transfer (FTP) and server management
• Database administration
• Email server configuration
• Installing, using and updating marketing / site performance tools e.g. Google Analytics, Sitemaps and AdWords.

Formal training sessions will be organised either in-house with the client or at local, ICT training centres. Training normally includes competence assessment which can be certificated if required for training record purposes.

Distance is no object and we operate regularly within other EEC and EFTA countries.
